Combining a systematic course of study with training in mindfulness, meditation and lifestyle choices.
These programs introduce Western students to the ancient science of mind, offering a sound basis in foundational philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Tao.
The programs include training in breath-work, meditation, and associated tools and techniques in order to establish a calm and centered mind.
Participants will establish Wisdom and Compassion (the keystones of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Tao).
Membership to a group program also includes access to free 1:1 coaching sessions; and priority (discounted rates) to all retreats held in Australia, Thailand, USA, and Bali Indonesia.

Start with a 15-minute intake call. If it feels like a good fit over the phone, we schedule our first session.
During the initial sessions, I will learn about you and your story; together we will begin to refine your goals (what you want to achieve). Based on this information, I will introduce practices (tools & techniques) tailored to your specific needs.
Typically, clients start with weekly sessions, as continuity is important to achieve change.
The intention is to take 1 step at a time toward serving you effectively.
